Network infrastructure & telecom (deepest, longest-running — Meta's global network org, Microsoft's $100M+ Azure WAN expansion, a career back to 1997).
Post-merger & multi-entity integration (Level 3's consolidation of eight acquired companies).
Incident response & site reliability (Lead TPM for Meta's October 2021 global outage recovery; Azure SRE overhaul).
Software development lifecycle & technical delivery (SDLC management for Level 3's Order Management Console; Service Improvement Plans for major enterprise customers).

How I work
Available for part-time, interim, or bounded-scope engagements.
