Which AI tools do we use?
Whatever you already use: ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. We pick one as your main tool. You don't need to pay for all three.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you ran programs, projects or teams in corporate, you already have the skills that matter: briefing, reviewing and deciding.
Will you log into my accounts?
No. You drive, on screen share, in your own accounts. That's how it sticks.
What about client confidentiality?
We set your rules in the first session: what material goes into AI, what never does, and which privacy settings to turn on.
How much time does it take between calls?
Plan on two to three hours a week, spent on your real client work rather than homework.
What if I'm not sure it's a fit?
Start with the Roadmap Session. If Side by Side isn't right for you, I'll tell you, and you still leave with a written roadmap.
